Installation Steps

Install the Reachly App
Navigate to the BigCommerce App Marketplace and search for "Reachly". Click the Install button on the app listing page.

Authorize the Connection
You'll be redirected to an OAuth authorization page. Review the permissions and click Confirm to grant Reachly access to sync your products and customer data.

Complete the Connection
After authorization, you'll see a success page with a Complete Connection button. Click this button to proceed to the Reachly platform.

Log Into Reachly
If you don't have a Reachly account, you'll be prompted to create one. If you already have an account, simply log in with your existing credentials.

Select Your Reachly Store
If you have multiple stores in Reachly, you'll be asked which you want to connect to your BigCommerce store Click Connect Store to finalize the connection.

Start Creating Campaigns
Once connected, your products will automatically sync to Reachly. You can:
  • View synced products in the Content → Products section
  • Create email campaigns using the visual drag-and-drop builder
  • Add product recommendations to your emails
